Fall is here, and delicious crunchy apples are in season! These make a great old-timey addition to any party.
Caramel Apples Goat-Style
Time: 30 min
Serves: 6
6 Apples
1 lb. Happy Goat Original Caramel
2 Tbs. Goat or Cow milk
Pinch Cinnamon
6 Skewers
Wash and dry apples, removing the stems. Place apples in the fridge, while you prepare the caramel. Roll out a sheet of wax-paper. Melt caramel over low heat in a double boiler, stirring in milk until desired consistency is reached. Sprinkle cinnamon to taste. Spear apple with a skewer and roll in caramel until fully coated. Place on wax paper until caramel is set. Peel off paper and enjoy with a friend!
